This & that

Well, I don't have much to post about so I figured I'd just let you know how things are going. My surgery is officially on the books now for the 13th. (see previous post) Eeek! I panicked when I called to schedule...talk about a reality check. I pray that everything goes smoothly and that I can get back on my feet sooner than expected! I am very thankful for all the prayers and well wishes being sent our way. We greatly appreciate it!!!!
Today was my first teacher appreciation luncheon at Hannah's school. I'm the PTA hospitality chair so that's my gig. Let's just say I'm soooo glad it's over. It went very well but was a long day. I learned a lot that I will keep in mind for the next one in November!
The girls are doing great! I'll be so glad when we can get over the coughs and runny noses. Other than that, same ole, same ole. Hannah is doing very well in school, Brooke wishes she was in school, and Gracie is glad there is no one here to haul her around! ;) Since she is on the move now, she does NOT like being held...she wants down!
The Comal County Fair is going on this week. Hannah danced Wednesday night for the kinder tanzen and did a great job! I'll post pictures as soon as I get them downloaded (they are on my mom's camera b/c mine was out of batteries). She's quite the multicultural gal, doing German dance and in dual language kinder! We are going to the parade tomorrow and will hit the carnival over the weekend! Always a fun time of year. And even better when you're not 40 weeks prego!! :) Hope you have a fabulous weekend!
